SOPHE 18th Annual Advocacy Summit: October 21 – 23, 2017
The 2017 Health Education Advocacy Summit will be held at the Washington Court Hotel in Washington, DC. The Summit offers basic, intermediate, and advanced-level advocacy training. The meeting will end with a chance to visit with legislators or key staff on Capitol Hill!

Arti Patel and Taryn Ostreich attended the 2017 SOPHE National Conference in Denver, CO
Arti and Taryn attended the 2017 SOPHE Conference in Denver, CO. Arti and Taryn represented PNW SOPHE by engaging with other SOPHE chapter members from across the US and seeking information about chapter development strategies. They made the most of the conference by attending SOPHE workshops, lectures, and special events, and enjoyed exploring the exhibits hall.
A big thanks to Arti and Taryn for being an excellent representative of PNW SOPHE at the national conference!
